Scheduled

We are performing a scheduled maintenance on Thursday 11 September, 2025 to Enterprise Managed Kubernetes.

start: 2025-09-11 10:00:00
end: 2025-09-11 11:00:00

## Improvements

Our Managed Kubernetes stack will undergo a minor maintenance change to improve connectivity between regions.

## Impact

Our engineers make every effort to minimize system impact. Starting at 10:00, the following impact can be expected. The EMK API endpoint may not be able to process all your requests, cluster workloads will not be affected. While it’s important to be aware of the start and end times of the maintenance window we are confident to complete these changes with minimal impact.

## User Action

Please refrain from making changes to your EMK resources during the given start and end times. EMK clusters will not be able to autoscale during maintenance, if you anticipate an increase in workload please pre-scale your cluster accordingly.

## Updates

If you require any additional information or experience any issues after this maintenance window, please contact our support team at support@cyso.cloud. We will do our best to assist you.
