Update
We fixed the compute and load balancer API endpoint issues and enabled access to our cloud portal. We are now conducting tests to cover all functionalities.

Verifying
We have finished updating all components of our infrastructure. We have noticed some problems with the compute and load balancer API endpoints. We are working on fixing these as we speak.

Update
We are still in the process of updating several parts of our infrastructure. So far we are only seeing some network delays, but all customer resources are functioning correctly.

We have disabled access to all public API endpoints and our portal to prevent possible damage to customer resources. At this point, we measured no impact on these resources.

We are performing system changes in the AMS2 location during the following scheduled maintenance window.

No outage expected
Our engineers make every effort to minimize system impact. Due to this maintenance APIs will be temporarily unavailable when we block access to the API endpoints. We have tested this update multiple times with no downtime to running instances. While it’s important to be aware of the start and end times of the maintenance window we hope you don’t notice any outages.
